Season 6E1: The 6 Figure Goddess Podcast Listen March 25, 2020 I’d like to introduce the world to an up-and-coming entrepreneur whose focus is on building self-esteem, self-confidence and strength in women all over the world. Her courage and strength has come from finding a pathway between her own struggles and a bridge to peace and forgiveness. As a woman who has experienced sexual trauma, she has also learned the art of standing up for herself and not embracing victimhood. She even strives to eliminate making choices based on negative feelings as a result of not growing up with her biological parents. She has risen above her feelings of emotional abandonment. Stepping out of victimhood was hard because she had learned to suppress her feelings for a long time, which resulted in rage and her hurting people before they could hurt her. Her name… is Queen Rahmaya Reaves, and after she decided to start choosing herself, everything changed. She sought a professional for counseling, as well as learned to be a better listener by weeding out bad advice and focusing on “Good Advice” from those around her. She learned to stop being willing to let people undervalue her. Through the love of her grandparents and the love that she learned to have for herself, she has learned the value of being tough, intelligent, confident and compassionate. She is defining what it means to have emotional intelligence as a teenage woman. She plans to help other women remove jealousy and competition by assisting them in instilling self-esteem and self-confidence in their own journeys. She knows this impact can be everlasting for them. Right now, Queen Rahmaya, is a high school senior at Mount Tabor High School in Winston Salem, NC. She is scheduled to graduate this June, 2020. After graduation, she plans to pursue a career in cosmetology at the Empire Beauty School in Winston Salem, NC. While pursuing her education, she will start building her empire as a make-up artist and pursue contracts to build her own cosmetic line. Her line will focus on individual beauty while emphasizing strength and boldness. She has definitely rose from the dark spaces of depression and worthlessness to find herself right smack in the middle of a space where she loves herself and dates someone who admires her just the same. She continues to remain celibate until she gets married, she looks forward to building a family and her career. While she was not raised by her biological parents, she embraced the love of her grandparents and allowed their love to mold her into the woman she is today. Yes, she comes from humble beginnings, even struggling times, however, today, she walks in abundance with the wisdom her grandparents taught her on how to not just survive but surpass herself.
